Cabinets!
So excited. We went to the house this evening and our awesome cabinet maker was installing cabinets. He had most of the kitchen boxes installed. The drop zone is in. He was working on getting the doors on the cabinets in the bar. There was also another guy who was hanging doors. The gutters also got put on the outside of the house.
Mudding and Taping
Yesterday was the first time in a week that I have been in the house. I was gone most of last week. All the mudding and taping is finished. There were 2 guys sanding yesterday. All the ceilings are textured.
Trim and cabinets should be started this week. We should get the stone on the outside of the house as well. We are still trying to decide on exterior colors for the house. We want the stone on it first.

Drywall
When we went to the house, the crew was hanging the last of the drywall.
We spent 3 hours with the builder last night picking out tile, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and fans. We brought home paint samples and carpet samples. Picking the exterior paint color is going to be the challenge.
The builder thinks we should be in the house in 7 weeks if things stay on schedule.
